At The Change Foundation, we understand that privacy is one of the biggest concerns for Internet users. The Change Foundation respects the privacy of every person who visits our website or uses our health-care research and analysis resources. We've created this statement to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy and to show the value we place on the information you provide to us.

WHAT WE DO
The Change Foundation is a policy think tank that generates research, analysis and informed public discussion on key and emerging health system issues, starting with the integration of health-care services in communities across Ontario.
Established and endowed in 1996 by The Ontario Hospital Association, The Change Foundation is an independent charitable foundation with a mandate to promote, support and improve health and the delivery of health care in Ontario.

ABOUT INFORMATION YOU VOLUNTEER
In various places on our website, we may request information from you. This might include your name, email address, other contact info, and demographic data such as your occupation. We use this information to:

•provide you with information you have requested about the Foundation or about our work;
•collect survey data to better meet your research needs;

When you subscribe to a The Change Foundation newsletter, we provide simple instructions, in each newsletter, on how you can cancel your subscription.

Technical and Demographic Information
The Change Foundation collects technical and demographic information about you that does not personally identify you. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. We use this information to diagnose problems with our website and to better tailor its content to your needs.
