Hsien Seow

Hsien SeowHsien Seow joined The Change Foundation Board in September 2015, bringing comprehensive health services research experience to The Change Foundation’s work. Hsien is an Associate Professor in the Department of Oncology at McMaster University and an Associate Member of the Bloomberg School of Public Health in the Department of Health Policy and Management at Johns Hopkins University. In addition to these roles, he has also been a member of the Escarpment Cancer Research Institute at Hamilton Health Sciences since 2012 and an adjunct Scientist at the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences since 2010. Hsien is the author of numerous peer-reviewed publications on palliative care, homecare, and quality indicators.

Hsien has a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Cellular Developmental Biology from Yale University and a PhD in Health Policy and Management from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.
