Jocelyn Healey joined The Change Foundation in November 2018. In this role, she supports the Foundation’s communication activities and is a communications resource for all the Foundation’s work. She acts as the social media and digital lead, and supports events that the Foundation hosts.
Jocelyn brings public sector healthcare experience leading strategic, digital initiatives and extensive user experience research projects. Her expertise in healthcare, communications and the digital landscape brings a unique perspective to the Foundation’s work.
Most recently, Jocelyn was at Health Quality Ontario, leading user experience initiatives for the Health System Performance online reporting portfolio. Prior to her time there, Jocelyn worked at the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer as the Digital Communications Officer, leading the multi-year digital transformation strategy.
Jocelyn holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts with a Specialization in Sociology and a Certificate in Professional Communications from the University of Western. Most recently, she received her designation as a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute.
