Senior Program Associate 

Sue BhellaSue Bhella joined The Change Foundation in February 2017 as Senior Program Associate. In this position, Sue supports the coordination and implementation of improvement activities as outlined in the Foundation’s strategic plan, including province-wide stakeholder engagement and partnership, working closely with the Executive Lead, Program Implementation.

Prior to joining The Change Foundation, Sue worked in the e-health sector for over five years, most recently as a Project Manager for QoC Health. At QoC Health, Sue managed multiple projects from proposal (ideation) co-design and development to randomized control trials/implementation in Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States and Africa. In addition, her work has included project design and conceptualization; the assessment of digital literacy for specific populations; patient, caregiver and multidisciplinary provider engagement; the curation and refinement of health education materials including optimization for target populations and technology mediums; e-health research evaluation; knowledge translation and exchange; and the orchestration of several competitive research grants.

Sue holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Hons) with a minor in psychology from Western University, and a Masters of Public Health from the University of Guelph with a triple focus of chronic disease, infectious disease and global health. Recently, Sue also completed a Certificate in Strategic Public Relations with a focus in digital and social media strategy from the University of Toronto.
