Foundation staff update

Over the last few months we have welcomed several new members to The Change Foundation’s small and mighty team.

Pierre Lachaine joined our Communications team in April as our Senior Communication Associate. Pierre is the primary communications liaison between all of our Changing CARE teams, and adds a strategic voice to the Foundation’s product launches, web presence, and content development.

Harpreet Bassi will be joining us on July 4 as our Senior Programs Associate to cover Sue Bhella’s maternity leave. She will play a role in strategy, innovation, and program implementation. She will be the project liaison for the Connecting the Dots with Caregivers and Improving Care project teams.

Christal Huang joined the Foundation team in the spring as our Summer Research Intern. She is a second year Master’s student in the School of Public Policy and governance at U of T. She is working within Research and Policy, as well as the Foundation’s Young Carers portfolio this summer.

Keely Hyatt will be joining the Strategy and Innovation team on July 4 for a three month placement as part of her MHSc at University of Toronto. She will be working to support our innovation work.

Bessie Cassidy will start on July 4 as a summer student working directly with Cathy Fooks. She will be identifying social mission foundations and take-aways for The Change Foundation. She is a third year psychology and drama student at Queen’s University.
